Original New Zealand art and neutral tones adorn the walls of Sails Ashore’s comfortable rooms, designed to make you feel completely at home. Guests stay in their own private ‘wing’, in either the Port or Starboard Suites. Both include ensuite facilities, DVD libraries and luxurious toiletries.

Food and facilities

Get to know your hosts over breakfast, served in the sunny dining room each morning. Afternoon appetisers are also provided, and may include traditional cheese and biscuits, or even freshly caught cod-roe.

Activities at Sails Ashore

A guided tour of Ulva with Iris or Peter is included in the price of the room - restricted to a maximum party size of six, which resembles a leisurely afternoon stroll with a group of your closest friends. Spend a rainy afternoon getting to know the extensive DVD library, or reading up on the local area.
