Hotel Overview

Sense of Place

Arkaba Conservancy sits on the southern edge of Wilpena Pound and the Flinders Ranges National Park.

Rooms at Arkaba Conservancy

Arkaba has a warm, homely atmosphere and houses just five guest rooms: four in the main building and the Coachman’s Cottage in the corner of the garden. Inside you’ll discover traditional Flinders interiors, with stone fireplaces, cosy arm chairs and artworks by a local painter. In order to maintain its peaceful charm, the rooms come without televisions, telephones and other such distractions.

Food & Drink

Framed by the rugged Ranges, the dining terrace offers gorgeous views in the outback. Here, the resident chef cooks up traditional station cuisine with a native flair.

Facilities

Enjoy a post-dinner tipple poolside, or retreat to the crackling fireplace in the library on a chilly evening.
