Hotel Overview

Sense of place

Tiger Blue follows different sailing routes depending on the time of year you choose. From May to September, you can visit the Komodo Islands - a UNESCO World Heritage Site that's home to the world's largest lizard - while from November to March you can cruise along the Raja Ampat archipelago which boasts a great diversity of marine life and thriving coral reef ecosystems.

Rooms on Tiger Blue

Tiger Blue has five cabins accommodating a maximum of 12 guests. They are comfortable, spacious and air-conditioned and have king-sized beds and private bathrooms with hot showers, as well as large windows perfect for taking in the ever-changing views. They include twin, double and family cabins.

Food & Drink

Tiger Blue’s onboard chef serves up delicious fresh fish straight from the ocean, sashimi, western and Indonesian dishes and barbecues - dine under a blanket of stars. You can also indulge in a sunset dining experience around a bonfire on a secret beach.

Facilities

On the main deck there is a salon to the stern, and plenty of daybeds towards the bow. The large sundeck has loungers for topping up the tan, and they are also perfect for a sunset cocktail or two.

Activities on Tiger Blue

Tiger Blue really does offer something for everyone. From unlimited scuba diving, snorkelling, fishing, kayaking and waterskiing, to hiking around volcanoes and cultural visits to local tribes and villages. It’s you who determines the pace of the trip, and the onboard dive master and crew of eight are there to look after all your needs.

Sail the waters of Komodo National Park - a smattering of islands named after the Komodo dragon (the world’s largest lizard). These islands are accessible only by boat, whose kaleidoscopic marine life offers extraordinarily good diving and snorkelling. Visit the Spice Islands of the Banda Sea, which are rich in colonial heritage and offer plenty of scope to explore the islands both above and below the turquoise water, from hiking up to historic forts and admiring the views to snorkelling and diving along fluorescent reefs.

Tiger Blue can also be chartered to Raja Ampat, an archipelago of over 1,500 tiny islands, which are almost uninhabited, circling four larger islands.
