In arty Ubud, bordered by paddy fields and the gentle hills of Bali.

Rooms at Glamping Sandat

Camouflaged in palm tree filled grounds, Glamping Sandat offers just as much luxury as a hotel, with rooms perched on terraces and private plunge pools at the edge of the nearby river valley. The resort has tented lodges and eco-cabins decorated in a contemporary Balinese style and feature handmade bamboo beds, hardwood floors, chandeliers and elaborately carved wardrobes.

Food and Facilities

Breakfast is a real occasion at Sandat, served communally on a long table carved from a single tree trunk. Morning options include fresh fruit salad, muesli, muffins, carrot cake, and yogurt as well as a selection of breads with spreads with freshly brewed coffee. Buffet-style meals are also available for lunch and dinner, as are drinks from the resorts bar (note its decorative giant lava stone) and books from the library.

Activities at Glamping Sandat

Inactivity is the order of the day at Glamping Sandat. Slow down and relax in your luxury tent, de-stress with a massage and feed your mind and soul with delicious and healthy lunches. Luxuriate by your private pool, chat to the friendly locals and soak up the sounds of nature. After all that downtime, you’ll return home completely re-energised.
