Honeymooners, couples and families who are keen to experience the wonderful natural beauty of an extraordinarily awe-inspiring region of Chile.
Patagonia Camp is located on the shore of Lake Toro close to Torres Del Paine National Park, with deep forest as a backdrop and amazing views to the Paine Massif.
There are 18 yurts at Patagonia Camp, luxury tents which are fully equipped with all mod cons including central heating, electricity, hot water 24 hours a day and large panoramic double glazed windows so you never have to take your eyes off the eye-opening scenery beyond. Each yurt also has a private bathroom with shower and bath.
Connected to the yurts by elevated walkways, there is one central building that serves as a restaurant, bar and lounge. Patagonia Camp seeks to provide an authentic Patagonian experience, so food is largely based on regional produce such as hake fish, king crab and lamb – all washed down with fantastic Chilean wine. Special dietary requirements can be catered for and the chef is also delighted to arrange private dining on request.
Staying at Patagonia Camp is all about exploring the wild rugged beauty of the Torres del Paine National Park. There are plenty of guided hiking excursions from which to choose, from low difficulty to high difficulty.
Patagonia is well known for its variable weather so we highly recommend taking with you proper trekking gear. We recommend layered clothing, particularly a rain and/or wind-proof jacket, trekking shoes, hat, gloves, sunglasses, sunblock, insect repellent and a backpack.
