Valpariaso, a vibrant port town with a lovely setting high on the hillside overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Hotel Zero is 120 km from Santiago, only 8 km from the glamorous beach resort of Viña del Mar, and within reach of Chile’s fantastic vineyards.
