Treasure Beach

Barbados | Caribbean & Bermuda

Treasure Beach is without a doubt one of our favourite hotels on the platinum west coast of Barbados where the phrase ‘small is beautiful’ never rang so true. An all suite boutique property which has been recently refurbished, Treasure Beach holds particular appeal because of its more intimate and welcoming feel, opposed to some of its more showy west coast counterparts.

Perfect for

Couples and families looking for intimate luxury in a fabulous location on the platinum coast.

Where

Treasure Beach is located on the glamorous west coast of Barbados, just a few minutes south of Holetown and 45 minutes drive from the airport.

Rooms at Treasure Beach

There are just 35 suites at Treasure Beach offering cool, contemporary interiors together with sitting area’s and either a private patio or balcony. The sitting area has a pull out sofa bed, ideal for those travelling with children. For a slice of added luxury, hole up in one of the hotel’s three deluxe suites - honeymooners should go for the Hibiscus Suite; our personal favourite!

Food and facilities

Sample one of Treasure Beach’s famous rum cocktails at the bar, before dinner at the award winning, Kathy’s Restaurant, famous for its delicious menu choices which change every night.  Food here combines Mediterranean and Caribbean cuisine using only the freshest local ingredients.  One of the lovely things about Treasure Beach is it is less ‘showy’ and more understated than some of the other hotels and restaurants along the west coast, meaning you can have the best of both worlds: dress up and go out or relax and stay in!

Activities at Treasure Beach

The concierge is delighted to arrange all manner of water sports, island tours, golf at nearby Sandy Lane, shopping trips into Bridgetown (the island’s capital), scuba-diving trips and boat trips – pretty much anything is possible when staying here.

In the know

Between April and August, hawksbill turtles lay their eggs on Treasure Beach. It’s a pretty rare and special sight, so keep your eyes peeled if you’re staying at this time.
