Hotel Overview

Sense of Place

Aram Yami is in the heart of Salvador da Bahia's beautiful old town. Salvador is the third largest city in Brazil, and the old town is a joy to wander round, its array of colourful buildings making it one of the prettiest places you could hope to visit.

Rooms at Aram Yami

Aram Yami has a choice of six spacious, individually designed suites. Two of the suites, the Panoramic Suite and the Top Suite, both have private terraces and stunning views over the bay, while most of the other suites overlook the old town. The Top Suite is the largest and most indulgent, and the two bedrooms are ideally suited to families, while the private pool is a wonderful added luxury.

Food & Drink

Included in your stay is an exotic, traditional Bahian breakfast - an ideal opportunity to try local delicacies such as cooked plantain, cassava and tapioca, while fresh breads, omelettes and cakes will also tempt you each morning, as well as the hotel’s speciality: passion fruit mousse.

Facilities

Head to the pool to unwind and enjoy serene sea views after a day of exploring, and to take your relaxation even further, have a soothing massage too.

Activities at Aram Yami

If you can drag yourself away, take in the area’s historical and contemporary highlights: visit beaches, famous churches, and the Mercado Modelo – an irresistible collection of arts and crafts shops, bars and restaurants. We can book tours for you – just ask us for details.

Spend an evening at Botequim Sao Jorge, a colourful and sociable place to eat, drink and experience some traditional Samba music, while Paraiso Tropical is brilliant for delicious food in a tropical garden setting.
