Rooms at E’Terra

E’Terra is designed to be in harmony with the surrounding landscapes. Built from stone and salvaged timbers, the suites feature four poster cherry wood beds, heated stone floors, relaxing colours and soft furnishings. The bathrooms have multi-jet showers and soaker tubs, and there are viewing decks to make the most of the stunning surroundings.

Food and facilities

Wake up to a gourmet breakfast, and dine on fresh, local organic fare overlooking the bay, from an inventive menu using ingredients foraged from the surrounding forests, fields and waters, such as fresh fish, mushrooms and chokecherries. Spot bears, deer, foxes, wolves and birds such as hawks and owls around the grounds. The Great House has mezzanine levels and decks that are perfect for taking in the views over Fathom Five National Park and Georgian Bay. After a day’s exploring, cosy up by the fireplace in the spacious living room, relax in the sauna or pamper yourself with a soothing massage or holistic treatment.

Activities at E’Terra

There are several walking trails in and around E’Terra, including the Niagara Escarpment and the serene cedar forests, meeting up with the popular Bruce Trail and Tobermory. As well as the crystal clear waters of Georgian Bay, there’s a saltwater pool surrounded by waterfalls. The little town of Tobermory has artisan boutiques, galleries and restaurants.
