Hotel Overview

Sense of Place

Set amongst beautiful gardens, gazing down on a remote bay, Hermitage Bay epitomises Caribbean luxury. Perched above just one of Antigua’s 365 beaches, the bright, white sands and vibrant blue waters create a serene setting for this idyllic retreat.

Rooms at Hermitage Bay

The accommodation comprises of single-storey Balinese-style suites, all with verandas and double daybeds. We recommend either one of the Beachfront Suites for a 'toes in the sand' experience or for something more private, opt for a Hillside Pool Suite for a very generously-sized private plunge pool and panoramic views of the bay. The outdoor rain showers are an invigorating experience!

Food & Drink

Enjoy some of Antigua’s finest cuisine at the beautiful beachfront restaurant or for a more casual option, enjoy an equally delicious snack menu at the pool bar. The daily-changing menus are inspired by Caribbean, European and American favourites, and feature fresh produce from the organic gardens, and you can feast to the accompaniment of live music every night. For a special occasion, indulge with a private dinner on your veranda or a candlelit dinner on the beach.

Treat yourself to an evening cocktail or two, while there is also a mini-bar in your room. Pre-arrival advice: let us know your favourite tipple(s) so we can have the mini-bar pre-stocked specially in time for your arrival!

Facilities

There is a generous swimming pool located right by the beach, and the spa, perched on the hillside, overlooking the bay, is the perfect spot to relax.

Activities at Hermitage Bay

The idyllic beach is kept just so with non-motorised water sports. The Jolly Harbour Marina is just moments away, with its host of restaurants, shops, golf and tennis. We also recommend you try the legendary Sunday evening party up at Shirley Heights - don't plan anything more than sun lounger time for the Monday!
