Food and Facilities

Banyan Tree Seychelles offers a variety of dining options with three restaurants and a snack lounge – not bad at all for a hotel of this size. There’s Au Jardin D’Epices, an international restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner to beautiful sea views; Saffron, a fabulous Thai restaurant; Chez Lamar which serves up delicious Creole cuisine, and La Varangue, a stylish lounge bar offering light snacks and some great cocktails.
