Hotel Overview

Sense of Place

Tokoriki sits in a postcard-perfect setting on the most northerly island in the Mamanuca islands, surrounded by pristine seas and sandy beaches.

Rooms at Tokoriki

Tokoriki's bures and villas are modern, airy and with the occasional tribal nod to Fijian style. Outside each one, a hammock sways gently between towering palm trees, the water beckons for an afternoon dip and sunloungers on your deck provide a prime spot for a little sunbathing.

We love the spacious pool villas for a little added luxury and privacy, a private pool and their excellent location – slightly elevated over the beach, with shuttered mahogany doors folding back to reveal spectacular views of the placid lagoon waters.

Food & Drink

Mealtimes at Tokoriki aren’t just about the local food but also the traditions of Fijian culture, meaning you can partake in a lovo, an authentic barbecue over hot stones buried in the sand, one day, and watch traditional song and dance as you dine the next. South Pacific mainstays of abundant seafood and tropical fruits feature on the menu and for something slightly different, opt for the Japanese Teppanyaki restaurant – a small-scale eatery serving sushi and sashimi, with some impressive knife skills on show.

Facilities

Pad over the stepping stones in the lily and lotus-filled pond to the soothing spa bures where you can indulge in a range of locally-inspired treatments and massages, or take a dip in the freshwater infinity pool.

Activities at Tokoriki

From scenic hikes to traditional basket weaving, there's plenty on offer here. Enjoy a glass-bottomed boat trip, or head to the waters north of Tokoriki to dabble in a little deep sea fishing and catch a dog tooth tuna or some mahi mahi, or for a less hands-on approach, take the plunge with a diving trip to marvel at over 1,200 species of fish doing their thing amongst the thriving soft coral reefs.
