Food & Drink

Inspired by traditional Thai villages, Rosewood’s dining area comprises of weathered pavilions made from repurposed materials, creating a rustic ambience. The chef serve up the freshest food and the menu depends on the catch of the day.  The Shack also serves up some light and delicious seafood snacks, cooked in a hot-stone oven and charcoal grill,  which you can enjoy by the pool.

You can also tuck into some hearty pasta or grab a slice of pizza from the Italian restaurant, which has an open kitchen and terrace seating with a backdrop of the Emerald Bay glittering in the distance. Afterwards, hang out at the bar overlooking the bay, and soak up the live music and fun atmosphere over a drink.
