2 nightsBANGKOK, THAILAND

Bangkok offers a whirlwind of everything, from fine dining to tasty street food, and from designer boutiques to floating markets that are a perfect photo opportunity. Enjoy a private guided tour of the city, including temples and the Grand Palace, and a private tour of China Town, giving you the chance to sample some of its delicious street food.

After exploring the bustling, characterful streets, take refuge over cocktails in a rooftop bar, overlooking the city.

The luxurious Siam is one of our favourite hotels in Bangkok, a beautiful oasis of calm on the Chao Phraya River, which is very hard to drag yourself away from.

3 nightsLUANG PRABANG, LAOS

It’s on to Laos and the historic and beautiful Luang Prabang, the country’s former royal capital and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Explore the opulent Royal Palace, the colonial architecture and the glittering Buddhist temples, and climb up Mount Phousi at sunset to be rewarded with panoramic views over Luang Prabang and its mountain backdrop. During your stay you will also visit the pretty Kuang Si waterfalls, where you can enjoy a refreshing swim, followed by a picnic lunch.

You may also like to take part in a baci ceremony, where a village elder will wrap a white cotton thread around your wrist and chant an invocation (in Laos, white is traditionally the colour of peace, good fortune and warmth).

Your home for four days, Satri House, is an elegant colonial-style hotel right in the heart of Luang Prabang.

3 nightsSIEM REAP, CAMBODIA

Your next country is Cambodia, where Siem Reap is unmissable - this enchanting spot is home to approximately 500 temples, the most famous of which is, of course, Angkor Wat. As well as taking in the views of this incredible landmark at sunrise and sunset, explore around the Angkor Archaeological Park, which has numerous hidden temples and historic ruins covered in trees and jungle, where you can get lost in the sprawling maze.

There’s more to Siem Reap than Angkor Wat too, such as an attractive French Quarter and a thriving food and culture scene. Experience its waterways on a memorable sunset cruise, and travel by boat to the floating village of Chong Kneas and the Phsar Chah (Old Market).

Your hotel, Phum Baitang, offers the best of both worlds - despite being just a 20-minute drive from Angkor Wat, it is a peaceful, relaxing retreat, surrounded by lemongrass fields and lush green rice paddies.
