Designed by the late Arne Hasselqvist of Mustique Villas' fame, this elegant property is located within walking distance of the famous Calabash Hotel and restaurant, where guests can use the facilities and beach.
The villa has a very spacious gourmet kitchen, living and dining room and a computer equipped office (with pull-out single bed). There are three air-conditioned bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The king bedded master suite includes a whirlpool bath for two. French doors lead out to the covered patio and to the sunny pool deck and pool gazebo. The second bedroom with twin beds is across the patio and the third, very separate bedroom with queen bed, is at the end of Swallow Villa’s blue tiled pool in its own pavilion. A hardwood staircase leads to the pavilion’s lower level and an exercise area with workout equipment and a sitting room.
Check in is at The Calabash and upon arrival at Swallow Villa, your first evening’s dinner with wine will await you as well as a welcome basket with breakfast items. All guests at Swallow Villa get a 10% discount on all food and drinks consumed at Calabash.
