Antarctica XXI | King George Island | Antarctica

Discover your inner explorer and take a trip down the long white road to the Antarctic Peninsula.  Antarctica XXI offers the first fly-cruise package from Chile to the Drake Passage and on to the stunning Antarctic Peninsula.  Watch penguins and seals in their natural habitats and marvel at the dramatic landscapes before retreating to the comfort of a specially equipped vessel.

Perfect for… anyone who suffers from sea-sickness and does not want to 'experience' the Drake Passage.

Where... fly from Punta Arenas in Chile over to King George Island in less than 2 hours. Depending on your choice of itinerary spend from 4 to 7 nights aboard your cruise, exploring the spectacular White Continent.

And the rooms… the cabins are comfortable and practical and most importantly warm.  There is a maximum of 52 passengers aboard.

Food & facilities… food is delicious and prepared by an international chef, served in the dining room on board. In addition to this there is a lounge, library and bar with an ‘open bar’ policy, as well as a toasty sauna for warming up after a day out on excursions.

Activities... the aim is to see as much as possible.  Packed with fun and adventure, your trip will include daily landings and cruises in zodiacs boats as well as lectures on topics related to your excursions.  There is also the opportunity to spend time with the Captain in the bridge, or out on deck for open air  viewing.

In the know… don't forget to pack your wellies!  Antarctica XXI does provide wellies with thermal lining, on arrival at King George Island, but you may wish to take your own.
