A heady cocktail of faded colonial splendour, salsa, communism, white sand beaches and a generous helping of Havana Club, Cuba is an experience not to be missed. Havana is a must-see city with a thriving cultural scene and combines well as a stop off to other Caribbean islands or Central American countries. Or hire a car to explore Cuba's lush interior, atmospheric villages, and tropical beaches - and prepare to meet some of the friendliest people in the world.

Havana
Havana is an irresistible melting pot of all the Cuban clichés – crumbling colonial grandeur, classic cars, salsa, cigars. Unforgettable.
Pinar del Rio

This is tobacco-growing country, an idyllic rural landscape famous for its mogotes, limestone mountains rising impossibly from the valley floor.
Trinidad

Time has stood still in this colonial gem. A great place to listen to live music (but then, where isn’t in Cuba?), this town exudes old world charm. Caribbean beaches are just a few minutes away or explore the unspoilt countryside on horseback.
Beaches
