And the rooms… the 36 charming, pale yellow cottages and 18th century Great House are spread amongst 30 acres of lush tropical foliage. The recently redecorated, brightly coloured rooms are located in 16 comfortable Plantation-style cottages and Lanai suites, scattered throughout the property. 

Food & facilities… two al fresco restaurants are located on the beach: dine at Coconuts for breakfast and Sea Breeze for lunch and sunset cocktails.  The focal point of the property is the 1778 Great House, with vast vaulted ceilings and traditional Jalousie windows.  It has a relaxing cocktail lounge, formal dining room, and family games room.  The small-scale Palms Spa uses delicious smelling island-infused products and offers a range of pampering treatments.   

Activities… in true Caribbean style, easy living comes highly recommended, however a tennis court, croquet lawn, fitness centre and complimentary snorkelling equipment are available for those who like to keep active.  Golfers can tee up at Nevis' own Robert Trent Jones championship course.
