Food & Facilities… no single meal is served in the same place throughout your stay, whether it be in the gardens, on the roof or in one of the gorgeous rooms inside the Kasbah.  The food is sublime; chef Frederick Grasser-Herme serves a combination of Moroccan specialities with modern influences.  Where possible, produce from the extensive vegetable gardens is used, even the olive oil is homemade!  There’s a heated swimming pool and a Riad dedicated to spa treatments, including a hammam, Jacuzzi and Perfumerie filled with sweet scented oils that are used in the massage treatments. 

Activities… relax in the stunning gardens by the pool, indulge in the superb spa treatments, take a cooking class or ride a camel or mule.  Trips can also be organised to visit the nearby Valley of Roses, the Gorges of Dades and also the Valley of Almond Trees during January/February.
