Casa Encantada is a beautiful new boutique hotel housed in a pretty Spanish colonial home. It has nine individually decorated rooms all with wrought iron four-poster beds and Persian rugs, and it has one fabulous rooftop suite. This hotel has a real home from home feel with open fires and cosy armchairs and the owners' loving touch is epitomised by the hundreds of candles they light every evening. There's a small pool in the pretty gardens, a courtyard entirely filled by a lily pond and breakfast is served on the roof terrace with spectacular views of the surrounding volcanoes.
