 | South Africa’s historic Blue Train combines the luxury of a five star hotel with the romance of travelling by train. Its carriages contain deluxe and luxury suites all beautifully decorated with either an en suite shower or bathroom. There are two elegant lounges, where afternoon tea is served, and breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in the elegant dining car, along with fine South African wines.
The most frequent route is from Pretoria to Cape Town, but the Blue Train also runs from Pretoria to Victoria Falls and the Eastern Transvaal, and less frequently from Cape Town to the Garden Route.
