A few days in Istanbul is a fantastic way to begin your exciting Turkey holiday, what with all the fascinating history and vibrant culture you’ll find here. You’ll be staying at Jumeirah Pera Palace in the Beyoglu quarter, packed with exquisite restaurants, cafes and shops. You’ll spend your days in Istanbul admiring astonishing relics that make the city’s skyline as captivating as it is, including the Blue Mosque, Agia Sofia and Topkapi Palace. We’ll fly you to Izmir, then transfer you on to Alaçati on the west coast. After a hearty Turkish breakfast at Alavya, you’ll head south to Sirince – a quaint, rural village nestled in verdant hills with olive groves reaching as far as the eye can see.
